This is an example of how a CE course could be set up. Note the most important setting, the "CE Format" setting under the "Course format" section found when creating the course inside the "CE Courses" category (courses are created by going to Site administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories). The "CE Format" will enable quizzes to have a "CE Value" field along with an option for the quiz to award either ethics or supervision CEs. The name of the quiz and the course currently will show up on any CE certificates that get generated. A cumulative CE certificate is generated and sent via email to the student any time they complete a quiz with a passing grade and earn CEs (an 80% required passing grade can be set in the quiz options when creating it), but they can also be generated from the "Home" screen under the "More" dropdown menu.
